The office is in the Dallas Medical Center (formerly known as RHD Medical Center) at Webb Chapel and LBJ Freeway on the north side of LBJ.

It is located in the professional building called Plaza 4, which is the last building on the east end of the medical center. There is free covered parking in the adjacent parking garage as well as open/uncovered parking.
